Nagoya Aikikai Tashiro-Dojo

Information for new students

Ueshiba Morihei having disciplined his mind and body through the training in old, extreme Japanese martial arts developed Aikido.
Unlike most martial arts, Aikido is based on repetitive forms that blend the defender and attacker in a non-competitive way.
By practicing Aikido as a self-defense, students learn harmony in mind and body and there by develop their character.
Tashiro-dojo is the doorway to a healthy mind and body.
